SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the shipping address.
 
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as carriage fees. Handling fees are fixed, while carriage fees vary according to total weight of the parcel and destination. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
 
We are a small team of 2 people running an online store specialized in unique items and based in Montreal. We promise that we will do our best to deliver your items at the lowest rates available. If a problem occurs, don’t worry, we will contact you quickly and do our best to solve the issue.

 

 
Estimated delivery schedule
  • Canada: 3-10 business days
  • North America: 4-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 3-5 weeks

 

We ship twice a week, but keep in mind that the Covid-19 pandemic is causing delivery significant delays.

As a general rule, we cannot cancel any orders submitted, but if you have made a mistake with your order, please feel free to email us at contact@madz.shop immediately after placing your order and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

We will do our best to meet estimated delivery schedules, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your region, province and country of destination and the impact of the pandemic on postal mailings.

 

Customs and import taxes

Any customs duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

The fees change consistently by country and we have no way of estimating their amounts as they will be determined by your country.

We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the customs forms and packing slip included.

The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.

 

Return Policy

Given the delicate nature of selling vintage or recycled items (age and prior wear), we do not offer refunds or accept returns. Our products are sold as is, all sales are final.

Some items may have slight imperfections, please keep this in mind when purchasing vintage or recycled items.

We spend a lot of time photoshooting our products from all angles to present them to you as they are in real life.

Condition, composition and exact measurements are all listed in the descriptions of each product to ensure that the item is entirely and perfectly represented.

It is up to our customers to check and compare with their own garments before finalizing their orders.
